GoldMine® Integration with Outlook
This is a great utility if your company uses Outlook for their corporate email but you have all your contacts in GoldMine®.. GISMO links emails from Outlook directly to GoldMine®. GISMO is included in your purchase of GoldMine® Corporate Edition and GoldMine® Premium Edition. It is not included and no longer available for the Standard Edition of GoldMine®.
The following can be done from within MS Outlook:
• Link e-mails sent and received in MS Outlook to a GoldMine® contact
• Create a new contact in GoldMine® and link e-mail messages
• Launch contacts in GoldMine®
• Link all messages automatically from a particular e-mail address to the corresponding GoldMine® contact
• Access GoldMine® contacts via the MS Outlook Address Book
